Eligibility of Membership
EPMarketplace.com is only available to people who are legally able to form binding contracts. Potential buyers/sellers who are under the age of 18 are not eligible to participate in auctions due to state laws concerning the age of majority. Any seller/buyer not meeting these requirements is not eligible to use EPMarketplace.com auction services.

EPMarketplace.com is only providing Internet auction services. We only provide services to people interested in selling and buying merchandise via an Internet auction.

EPMarketplace.com does not have control over the items that are posted, and cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of products entered for auction by sellers. EPMarketplace.com is not responsible for the actions taken by sellers before, during and after an auction, typographical errors, misprints, loss of merchandise, loss of money or damage and/or failure of equipment, due to your visit to this auction site. Use of this site is at your own risk and content is presented 'As-Is'.

Bidding and Selling
As a user, you may bid and/or sell merchandise on EPMarketplace.com.

Bidder – It is acknowledged that placing a bid is a binding contract between the buyer and the seller, and bids cannot be withdrawn unless due to mistake by the seller of typographical error, or other error, due to human error on the seller's part. Once a winning bid has been placed, buyer will be obligated to acquire the product at the indicated price of the winning bid. Placing a winning bid on the EPMarketplace.com site, then not paying for the product is illegal in most states, and may result in prosecution.

Seller – It is acknowledged that items placed for bid are genuine. Pre-sales are not accepted. Once a bid has been placed for an item, seller is entering into a binding contract with the winning buyer (highest bidder) of the product. Once the auction is ended, (if over reserve price) seller is obligated to sell to the winning bidder (highest bidder). If reserve price has not been met, seller is not obligated to sell the item.

A Seller is not legally permitted to bid on his/her own items, defined as shill bidding. If reported, the auction will be deleted, and seller will be responsible for any fees to EPMarketplace.com initially agreed to forfeit to use EPMarketplace.com services.

Posting Items
As an EPMarketplace.com auction member, sellers are welcome to post unlimited auctions using our services. However, EPMarketplace.com does have restrictions on what items can be sold. EPMarketplace.com does not permit the sale of illegal merchandise of any kind, including pirated software, music or items or concepts affiliated with violence. The sale of pornographic material as well as adult-related material such as adult websites, videos, and similar items are not permitted. All auction listings are subject for review by the EPMarketplace.com staff. Any item that violates EPMarketplace.com policies will be removed without notice and all listing fees will be refunded.

Privacy
EPMarketplace.com gathers information for the sole purpose of having information available to winning sellers and buyers of EPMarketplace.com auctions. Personal information will not be sold or rented without seller’s/buyer’s permission. Personal information sent to a user, regarding a product bought or sold, in an auction is not to be used any purpose other than for communication concerning the auction item.

Warranty
EPMarketplace.com provides this website on an 'as-is' condition (without warranty). EPMarketplace.com is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our auction services, or your visit to the EPMarketplace.com website.
